Marquees
All our Marquees are a modern Clear span design which supported by a strong aluminium frame, and covered by PVC, allows you to maximise the open floor space available, without the need for centre poles or guy ropes.Our Marquees are a high quality structure, very versatile, and are designed to withstand poor weather conditions, and so can be used with full confidence all year round.
The clean sharp lines of a Marquee creates a stunning visual image, and the addition of Georgian windows can also provide a dramatic affect, the perfect venue for functions that wish to impress.
For a more formal setting, the Marquee structure can be lined, so transforming the interior setting, allowing your guests to relax and enjoy themselves in style. The interior of your main Marquee can also be easily sectioned, creating separate function areas.
They can be easily erected on lawns, hard surfaces, decks, tennis course, over swimming pools, even attached to a main building or hall.
Our Pagodas
The peak roof of a Pagoda provides a distinct visual effect for your event, while the Clearspan structure allows for maximum use of internal space.Our Pagodas are 5 meter squared and are a great option for garden parties, shop stalls and corporate displays.
They are often joined to a larger Marquee structure to provide a unique and distinctive point of entry to the main space.
Interior lining and Georgian walls can be added for a more dramatic affect.
Our Catering Tents
Your caterers can be comfortably accommodated within their own 6 meter squared catering tent extension, which can either be attached directly or stand free of your main Marquee.To seat and dine your guests in style, Exeter Marquees can provide you with the following range of comfortable banqueting chairs and tables.

- White Plastic Bistro Chairs
- Cheltenham Gilt Chairs
- Chivari Limewash Chairs
- Chivari Ice Chairs (which are transparent and will change appearance under lighting)
A variety of coloured seat pads are also available.
Tables
Round tables:
- 5' tables to seat 8 people
- 5'6 tables to seat 10 people
- 6' tables to seat 12 people
Trestle tables:
- Dimensions 6' by 2'6
- For wedding functions, cake tables are also available.
Flooring is another important element of your event, and Exeter Marquees can supply you with the following:
Flooring Types
- Coconut Matting: This is the traditional flooring used for Marquee functions, and offers an elegant and durable surface.
- Dance Floor: A classic parquet dance floor provides the perfect, smooth surface for all types of dancing.
- Carpet: Available in a variety of colours.
Your Lighting
Effective lighting is an essential part of many Marquee events.
With the right lighting you can create that special ambience for both you and your guests to enjoy.
Exeter Marquees can offer a high standard of lighting equipment, which ranges from traditional chandeliers to contemporary up-lighters.
In the case of a power failure, we can also offer the option for safety lighting, powered by a battery, which lights up the marquee to help your guests make their way safely to the nearest exit.
We can also supply illuminated fire exit signs.
Your Power
Depending on the power requirements of your event, Exeter Marquees can provide you with the right solution for your special occasion, which will include all equipment and cabling.
There are several options on how to source power for a Marquee.
If the power requirements for your event are minimal, and the Marquee is located close to a conventional power source, power can be supplied from a suitable fuse box within a nearby property.
If the power requirements for your event are considerable, or the location for your Marquee will be beyond any easily accessible source of power, then we can provide you with a generator to cater for the needs of your event.

Your Heating
Establishing and maintaining the right temperature within your Marquee is important, not only for the comfort and happiness of your guests, but also for creating the right ambience.
Exeter Marquees can provide a range of heating equipment to suit the needs of your event, including both Direct Heating (located inside the Marquee) and Indirect Heating (located outside the Marquee).
We will also supply you with sufficient fuel for the duration of your event.
Toilets
Exeter Marquees can arrange toilet hire for your events.
There is a variety of options you can choose from, depending on the requirements of your event, ranging from standalone cubicles to luxury toilet trailers.
